SILICE project has a goal to develop an open-source platform that promotes social innovation ideas and international cooperation at regional level between the EU, Israel, and India.

The project will also tackle cross-cutting issues like gender-balance and equal opportunities for women.

As part of the project, there will be developed a creative and supportive environment for partner HEIs through the establishment of 9 SinnoLABs (Social Innovation Labs). The Sinnolabs will contribute to development of social enterprises in their diverse forms, which play an important role in increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the Israeli and Indian economy in many different ways.

Project Duration: October 2016 – October 2019
