Graduate of VERN’s study programme Entrepreneurship Economics Sanja Jovanović has been appointed Director of Human Resources Department for Coca-Cola HBC Croatia and Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo.
She started her career in Coca-Cola in Croatia and for more than six years she has worked in almost all areas of human resources management and employee satisfaction, at the operational and management levels.

At her new position she is in charge of human resources management for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, upholding existing good practices in this area, improvement of employee reward system as well as managing talented employees and their career development within the Coca-Cola international system.
