The European Business Angels Network brings together more than 290 members from more than 60 countries.
Our colleague Davorin Štetner, President of the Croatian Business Angels Network - CRANE, has been re-elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the world's largest organization of business angels, the European Business Angels Network (EBAN).
It is an association representing the world's largest community of business angels, investors, VC funds, accelerators, incubators and other stakeholders of startup ecosystems, with more than 290 members from more than 60 countries, whose annual investments in startup projects are estimated at over 7. 5 billion euros.
Davorin was appointed to the EBAN Board in 2018 as the first elected person from Croatia, so this is his second election after a two-year term.
"This is a great recognition for Croatia, CRANE and me personally. The first mandate is always a kind of a test, and the second one is a confirmation of work well done. “I am looking forward to the continuation of cooperation and the creation of European and world investment policies. We are already turning to the organization of the Economic and Investment Forum in cooperation with EBAN during next year's World Rally Championship race in Zagreb," Davorin said for CRANE.
